We were happy with our stay. The unit was very clean, the family areas were large and accommodated adults and children ages 2 to 12. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach, which wasn't crowded, and only a short walk to the pier. The only issue we had was with the sliding class door that was hard to open and eventually the door jam need repaired. Realty By Casago's response to the repair was quick, I made the call at the end of the business day and the maintenance guy was there first thing in the morning. The only other recommendation would be to replace the carpet in the family room. It had a slight lip that stood up and became a tripping hazard for our 2 year old grandson. Overall, if we decide to go back to Atlantic Beach we would consider renting this unit again.

A lovely property located not far from the beach, restaurants, shopping and attractions. It was very spacious, clean with a nice beach vibe. Would definitely recommend the Sand Dollar to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Atlantic Beach.

Loved our stay with our family! ❤️House seemed newly remodeled and only a short walk to the beach! Doggies loved the fenced in back yard! Only con was didn’t let us know to bring more bath towels. You only have 1 per person for the week.

This was a wonderful experience. I booked this getaway last minute and the staff was wonderful on assisting in a location that met all the families wants! I will use them again!

We thought the property was great! Spacious, clean, updated, and a great location. I don’t think the pictures on the site do it justice! We did not have spare toilet paper, paper towels, or trash bags so be sure to have some on hand or be prepared to go out for some.

Clean quiet and peaceful

The back porch and back yard was the best part for the dogs. The house was super clean and there were TVs in every room. The location was perfect and I would definitely stay there again.
