Great location, this house met all our needs. The kitchen was well supplied, bedrooms were a nice size. We will probably book this samw house again.

Location was perfect. Neighborhood very friendly. Loved the sun porch dining area could walk to the beach and see the ocean. We were able to park 3 vehicles as my sisters visited 1 day and alley parking was perfect with walker no steps

Location was a definite plus so close to the beach and neighborhood was very friendly. The dining porch was my favorite room. A few setbacks when hinge and knob came off. Had to find hardware for screws and screwdrivers but an easy fix. Love it and will go again

A wonderful old style beach cottage steps away from the beach.

We had the best time. Great access to the beach and plenty of room for our crowd.

We loved the close proximity to both the beach and Morehead city. Location was perfect for our needs. It was quaint and cute, albeit a bit cold—but I can tell the house is older construction and maybe not as insulated as newer homes. Many of the doors would not stay closed, and knobs were very loose almost like they would fall out of the door. These are all little quirks that come with an older home, so we didn’t really mind it and still enjoyed our stay. Kitchen was well stocked and accommodated our cooking needs well. I will mention that many of the glasses came straight from the cabinet needing a hand wash before use as they had lip marks on the sides. Not a HUGE deal, but worth noting so that the cleaning crew may pay more attention when cleaning the kitchen. Overall, we enjoyed our little weekend getaway, and would book this location again.

This house is perfect for a little get away. We came in the off season with 4 teenagers and we had so much fun. It’s close to the beach, plenty of beds and table seating. Plenty of bathrooms for everyone and close to walking distance for coffee and donuts. It also has a nice little area in the back to sit and relax. Definitely a great spot.

The house was clean and ready for us to come on on! Our only concern with the house was the tiny bathrooms and not enough electrical plugs.

Graduation Trip

Spent a week with husband, son, and mom celebrating my graduation from University of Cincinnati and move back to NC. Loved everything about the house. Favorite thing might be sitting evenings on the upstairs balcony sipping wine and listening to the ocean.

Charming With Great Location

We stayed for five days and celebrated Christmas with our children and grandchildren. We had a wonderful time despite the unseasonable coldness for three of the five days. The dining area was perfect for our group and it made for a nice place for the small Christmas tree that we brought. I loved my bedroom on the second floor where I could go out onto the balcony and see the beach. The cottage is located next to a public beach access, so we used it every day despite the cold. The restaurant, The Crab's Claw, was right across the parking lot and had great seafood. It is an older cottage so there were some drafty areas, but that only made it more charming. We had a memorable Christmas and would do it again.

We have been coming to Atlantic Beach for years, but this was our first stay at the Bullard Cottage! We will definitely come back here next year, it was perfect for our family! Plenty of room, right next to the beach and walkable to restaurants and bars. We loved it! This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
