This well-appointed unit features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area with a sleeper sofa, and a private balcony just off the living room—ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach. Bedding includes a queen bed in the primary bedroom with a private bath and two twin beds in the guest room, accommodating families or groups with ease. Enjoy the convenience of in-unit washer and dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi. Located just a short walk from the beach, the resort offers an array of amenities including an outdoor pool with a fun water slide, a heated indoor pool, hot tub, tennis and basketball courts, shuffleboard, mini golf, grilling areas, and elevator access—everything you need for a memorable stay.

Great quiet location, kitchen was well equipped with the necessities. Home was clean. Check in and check out process was smooth. Only negative was it did get quite hot in the home keeping the thermostat at 70.

The only thing that was problematic was the fact that communication is done through text messages which I never experienced. The system sent updates by email, but when you click on details it states "contact host". I had to call Atlantic Beach Rentals several times which was very frustrating. After learning communication is through text messages for details, half came through detailing gate code and lock box, but upon getting inside, it was in my text messages. System needs some change. Email is very reliable, especially when you are elderly and don't really text.

Great space and amenities. I really liked that they provided packaged dish soap and new sponge, and the soaps for the bathroom too. Linens were clean. Place was mostly clean. Some hair was left on the shower wall. There was a lot of sand on the balcony. The outdoor pool and water slide was very fun. My kids had a blast tubing down the water slide. The room, 252 is closer to the office and it is a bit of a walk to the beach and outdoor pool. The elevator is near impossible to use, there are so many people using it, we just ended up carrying our beach cart up and down the stairs. I would stay in this unit again, or another one at “A Place at the Beach”. We had a great time.
